MoU with SAC, Ahmedabad

A Memorandum of Understanding between Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management (GIDM) and Space Application Centre (SAC), Ahmedabad.

Areas of Cooperation:

• Strengthening capacity building activities about Disaster Management through Space Application and Geo-Informatics
• Facilitate use of expertise for Conduction of Joint Trainings services and enhance outreach for wider targets
• Conduct joint Research Documentation and development of Case studies
• Provide Joint Consultancy/ Advisory Services relevant matters and development and Sharing of Spatial and Geo-Spatial techniques in DM

The Memorandum focuses on Cooperation and Strengthening capacity-building activities about Disaster Management through the use of Space Applications and Geo-informatics and enhanced outreach.
