GIDM

The First Director General of GIDM, Dr P K Mishra received the most prestigious International Sasakawa Award 2019 for his exemplary contribution in the field of Disaster Risk Mitigation.

The award was announced on 16th May, 2019 at the Award Ceremony during the ongoing 6th Session of Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction (GPDRR) 2019 at Geneva.
