CIRCULAR

GIDM is having State of the Art facilities within its campus for conduction of training programs, conferences, workshops etc. These facilities include Auditorium, Seminar Hall, Smart Classroom, Conference Rooms, Dining Halls, double occupancy rooms, etc. in its campus. These facilities are being utilised by various government and non-government offices/ institutes on payment basis as per the charges fixed by the approval of component authority at GIDM.

The approved charges for use of different facilities at GIDM, effective from now on, are as under;

Terms & Conditions

1. The above rates are applicable w.e.f. 03.09.2024.
2. The Director General of GIDM reserves the right to revise or waive rates at their discretion.
3. The facilities will be provided subject to availability and first cum first serve basis.
4. In case of any damages, penalty shall be levied as per actual basis.
5. The proposed charges for auditorium use are based on an 8-hour period. Any additional hours beyond this will incur an additional cost equivalent to 50% of the proposed rate.
6. All the charges are excluding GST.
7. A 10% Administrative cost will be applied to the use of facilities other than GIDM.
