GIDM

A meeting of officials of GIDM and CROPC was held on 17th October 2019 during signing the MoU between GIDM and CROPC for enhancing mutual cooperation in the various fields such as academics, research, and capacity building for developing an understanding on Lightning & Thunderstorm Risk Management.

Area of cooperation:

Given shared primary mandates of the two parties on enhancing the co-operation between the two institutions and developing Academic and Professional Exchanges, Scientific Research, Consultancy/ Advisory Services on relevant matters and other activities, the MoU would collaborate under the followings:

1. Joint Development and Delivering of Prioritized Training Programmes on Risk Management of Thunderstorm and Lightening.

2. Strengthen Risk Management of Thunderstorm and Lightening training capacities.

3.  Support and Promote Risk Management of Thunderstorm and Lightening Knowledge, Experience Sharing and Joint Projects.
