GIDM

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management (GIDM) and Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) Bangkok, Thailand on March 21^st, 2018 at GIDM, Gandhinagar.

The MoU focuses to complement strengths of both the institutes in delivering effective training courses on Disaster Risk Reduction and undertake joint research and trainings on new and emerging themes for enhancing community resilience.

Area of co-operation:

• Strengthening DRR Trainings and Capacity Development
• Development and Delivering of Trainings and Courses courses
• Promote DRR Knowledge, Experiment Sharing and Joint Projects

The MoU was signed by Shri. P.K. Taneja, Director General, GIDM and Mr. Hans Guttman, Executive Director, ADPC.
